The Importance of Design in a Company

I feel like I'm very much in sort of like a supporting, observing, helping role at Peloton right now. Like the company has been doing very well without me. And so how can I make it shine brighter than it is already and have people from the outside understand how great it is on the inside? Yeah. Are you all going to build a bigger team or is it just going to be you for a while or? If that makes sense.
