Git scraping is a way of building these databases. Simon Willison, have you had him on? You should get him on at some point. He came up with a concept he calls Git scraping, which is powered by actions. GitHub are giving you free access to running cronsabs on their servers. Anything that you can think of that is a schedule, do some stuff and then store it either in GitHub or in a database is something that you can do from GitHub actions. So the sky's the limit there, really. The runner is a good example that you can just use their infrastructure for running your new machines.
