Is There a Fog of War in Your Company?

In order for people to be effective in their job, you really need like a 70 30 split of their time. For example, if somebody's working at a hundred % capacity all the time, then they're likely going to burn out. And i think that it's always important to look around as to who those people are and what functions they're serving. If someone on your team is doing one job critically important to the company,  that should be a pretty good alarm bell to say 'it's time to give them some resources'
