The Importance of Courage in Leadership

If there's if there's a lack of communication it's probably filled in with negativity right right right so let's just communicate there's no new information just so that they don't start wondering and creating negative stories what we'll see. The next two are kind of hand-in-hand in that this is this is the time for leaders to to really be to just to have courage and to have confidence so courage to make some tough decisions one leader that we talked to early on just said I'm just going I'm going deep and I'm going you know I'm going going going all the way in some big decisions I need to make going deep and going early.
