If someone's well-controlled, there's no added benefit to adding chlorothylidone. But if they're uncontrolled, you might still consider it an option. Endapamide 1.25 or 2.5 milligrams is also a long-acting diuretic. And we just don't think to use it, I think just because we just, it's just not an uncommon problem.
