The Role of Higher Education in Higher Education

I personally benefited tremendously from going to a school where I had that level of freedom and autonomy ironically enough like you could argue Brown is the most libertarian of the IVs it at least in in terms of if you think of colleges primarily signaling. So what you're being rewarded for is like being sort of a team player with a consensus but not necessarily with the actual learning or skills that leads to performance on the other hand. What should we do given that millions of people who you know need to be formed or given a path to self-reliance if college isn't offering that?
