Should We Subsidize Education?

There are examples out there where countries have done a better job Um to some degree germany in Austria, but really the the pinnacle is probably switzerland. They have a robust apprenticeship program something like 70 Volteens participate in it doesn't just include manufacturing or the trades It's also retail finance serious careers. And it's enabled them to launch their careers Uh learning by doing learning on actually learning skills that are rewarded in the marketplace. So I think there are policy Prescriptions that we could change and you know when we were just warming up before hit and record You know we were talking about apprenticeships so could we find a way to subsidizelearning by doing and in switzerland?
