The most important behavior that drives our the quality of sleep is actually the sleep wake time. People who have a stable sleep wake time, generally speaking, are viewing a light in the morning and or not viewing light in the evening, at appropriate times. And i think also too, insuring that you are building a a resilient base, in the event that something in life does go wrong, you're invariably going to be a able to cope with that stresser more effectively.
