Eni ive read a bit about how like misty kind of weaponizes a passive aggression. And i think i've been, as you said, you've been through a lot. I have been through quite a bit in my life, and and i refuse to not be happy. When i am nervous, i make self deprecating jokes and goofe voices which is not really appropriate for a forty two year old professional who's trying to be taken seriously. It doesn't help.
