Is There a Career Lada for Interaction Design?

Some people love to be a generalist for their entire career and just keep getting more specialized. So i think you can see, you know, when we talk about career ladders, you can see a career ladder for each type of specialty. And that, to me, that makes total sense, because they're really different skill sets. Being a manager isn't just being an amazing u x designer. It's wanting to grow others. That really is so different from your data day in the craft as an individual contributor.
