How Do You Do Slow Zone Training?

E has been doing the super slow zone, which involves going really slow to complete failure. It's a way that i've exercised ever since I owned my own nautilus equipment. And so what happens is yo maximamly activate all the muscle fibres - where when you're moving fast, you're not activating as many of those fibres. So by doing slow, you're safer. You're getting more loading into the bones and into the ligaments and tissues.
