Introduction

This is part one of our Santa Cruz training camps question and answer section. We should differentiate between certain pathologies like restless leg syndrome and then actual muscular cramps. Restless leg syndrome can be caused by a bunch of different things including iron efficiency, the thyroid you could have. For actual cramps, usually those are secondary to fatigue. So if you're having cramps, the most likely cause is that your training fatigue has acutely increased in the short period of time above what you can currently tolerate.
