The second difficulty with teaching running form is that movement doesn't translate very well to language. To give a verbal instruction, you'll get 10 different interpretations. So what Eric and I decided to do was let's come up with a way that is foolproof. We tell people put rock lobster by the B-52s on your phone, take off your shoes, and sandwich it back to a wall. Put on the song and run in place to the song rock lobster. Once you hear rock lobster once and you run to it, you can never unhear it.
