User Center Design - The User of the Device Platform

I know that you're very keen on user center design. Talk to me a little bit about how important the user of the device platform or whatever it is. Should they be involved or they run at the end? Where did they come into this picture? Yeah, okay. That's an interesting take, it's actually quite a controversial topic. I'm a big fan of user center design and the user being essential to the design process or involved in the design process. You've got to be careful that they're not designing for themselves specifically.
