Getting the Ball in the Air on a Quarter Turn

There's a million ways of doing it you know they allow for that within your offense the T.O. do so we'll do some dribble downs in fact with our with our big kids teams really really worked hard to keep it out of the post where I was before. We would try to get them to shift their feet so they would see the middle of the floor and so maybe I didn't want to necessarily have my back to the basket on a catch if I was a big I wanted a turn so I could If that if that defender wouldn't take away the middle I could turn in the air in the catch and then just go right to my spot now.
