I usually go to sleep around ten, so i don't get into bed till nine. I sometimes journal. If there's anything on my mind, then i feel ik if it exists in the world,. So i write it down. Sometimes i'll even set a timer like, five minute down load. Just write anything that comes up in your head, just discharge it, am. And then i read my and when i go to sleep, when i lay down and finally turn off the light, i still practise this where i take my mind some place oft. It works well for me.
