So far I probably put in about 300 350,000. And so you've come out of pocket to fuel fund growth at times. Yeah. Well that's great James and that that is an argument many have said about buying on the smaller side. There's probably a lot more a room to grow there a lot a lot higher ceiling there. But looking strictly at numbers with if you can indeed grow it and you get in at a much lower entry price then in terms of your own kind of return on on cash invested can look that much more interesting.
