How Do You Estimate on a Platform Team?
On a platform team, I don't necessarily report to anybody like it. There's no PM saying once you get this done, let's do this and then we'll do this. So that's how it is across all platform teams is there's a long curve of understanding to understand what the problem is first. And then there's the execution phase. Maybe later I'll talk about hill charts if I haven't already. I do love hill charts for platform estimations.
