How to Hire a Relay FM Assistant

A person will be working with me primarily to help me with some of the administrative stuff that goes around the business side of relay FM. We made a really good decision when we put up this application to create a standalone email address for this. With any kind of job hiring like that's actually what you want. But I do not envy you in this position because most jobs there is no way that the person can really demonstrate their skill in a meaningful way ahead of time. You can't have this person demonstrate their ability to be an assistant for relay before they are the assistant for relay.
