Staff Engineers - What's the Most Relevant Example?
Dan: One of the things that i feel distinguished as staff engineers is sort of the extent to which we're not only solving technical problems, but we're combining that with sort of organizational challenges. So one of the projects that im really proud of happened in kind of my first year at stripe was converting that into a more platform approach. Dan: I think all the most relevant examples would come from stripe. The whole end-to-end system is critical for handling millions of requests and so it's always like turning the car into a plane while its ny ry.
