The people of Iassus were sold off as slaves to Tissa Faranese. Amorgas' mercenaries were added to their own army, as most came from the Peloponnese. The Spartans and Persians had cooperated to achieve their first victory together. Had they stayed to fight, the entire war might have taken a different course.
