The Power of Desire

I came away with two mindsets from that one salespeople can't be trusted. Now that mindset, I wasn't even really aware of it. It got in my way a lot. Not all salespeople are trying to take advantage of you. And then the second one that came up for me, which is, I call it a self expanding belief, is I need to understand people's motivations so that I can get along better in the world. That has led me to learn how to do market research and learning how to do empathy, insights, research, innovate.
