The US Response to a Tactical Nuclear Weapon
Russia's got 11 or 1200 of these nuclear weapons as this United States. The US reaction to a tactical nuclear weapon, particularly if it's relatively small, would not necessarily be a nuclear attack on Russia. I think right now the National Security Council is looking at those options so that they're well prepared. You cannot dismiss the potential that it could happen in a not too distant future.
