How Do You Decide on the Next Action on a Project?
Gos: I find myself doing one of three things. One is coming up with the next action on the fly, usually comes naturally. Or i record a note in my in box that will serve as a trigger to figure out what's next. And the last one is i define on the spot the next action and put it in the right context list before i jump onto the next task. Gos: Don't plan more than you actually think you can deliver on.
