The Complexity of Working With Multinational Websites
If you are a digital channel manager, whatever you've tried to leave, globally, and you've got 35 websites, regional ones. You're straight away on to 35 colleagues because you have a local web manager or digital channel owner. This is a hell of a complex thing to manage. And you can't do it globally and expect it to be perfect everywhere. It's all about just, it's about good enough or even not even that. That sounds really depressing. I think there's a lot of work to do with multinational organizations and their web premises. But we'll give people the time and the tools to work well with that.
