Building Products for Other People

i would imagine that most of the people in the audience to day are not necessarily building products for themselves. So how doyou apply what you're teaching there and to somebody who is, who is doing that? i think first of al than, et's harder, much harder, to build for other people because you're judging quality and fit by proxy.
