The Five Rules for Regulating AI

If we want to continue to seek out the good things that AI will bring us, where do you even start? If there's so many billions of new minds or thinking things, we don't even know what they're going to be thinking. And how would you even start to regulate that or govern that without, you know, pulling the plug and saying, now stop the risks are too great?
