How to Structure an Interview Process

When you've got 100 resumes coming at you, if you are just relying on a scan and a couple quick notes, I think that becomes unfair to the candidates. So it's an area that we don't think about as being core and centric to user research, but if you are in an interview and you're taking your 15 minutes to shine, that business mindset is gold.
