How to Optimize a Cloud Preference of Choice

The idea of running experiments just to see what it comes out with is like, endlessly frustrating. If i don't understand the underlying mechanisms, if they don't actually make sense to me in a predictable way, i get frustrated. We hope to give people that kind of intuition so that they can go off and more intelligently apply these techniques.
