The History of the Star Jelly
In 1619, a mystical writer named Robert Flood witnessed a meteor land near his home and followed after it. In 1821, a chemist in Amherst, Massachusetts spotted his own meteor landing,. There on the ground was an eight-inch wide circular object, but it wasn't a stone. Today, most people call it star jelly, although there are other terms as well.
