Using Comic Book Illustrators in Product Management

I've always appreciated that mediumand how you can convey a story between the panels. I try and jo relate it back to the human concerns. And it's easy to do that if you can draw off something. For example, we were trying to conduct an exercise to imagine this experience. And so we all just sat in a room with our pencils and papers and drew stories about what these experiences could be. From that, we developed a few applications. It was a really interesting experience to have the finished up and then look back on the drawing and see how close we were able to replicate that story that was originally on paper....
