Sheriff Bill greening told the media in late february of two thousand seven that the sheriff's department had already conducted 12 samples from, quote, persons of interest for comparison to the suspect. Now about one year later, they go on record saying that 24 persons had been compared to the suspect sample, with no luck. So we've, we've tested 24 people, collected their n a and tested it against what we have te suspect dna, and we've not been able to make a match yet.
