Steve Fannier: I haven't seen a huge economic slowdown. Many of these tech cuts are because the tech companies overspent or with cheap money just went into areas they should have never gone into. That's just a restructuring to get back to the basics and get back to where they're really adding value and making money rather than trying to send a man to the moon.
