Kale is great for some many things, particularly for our eyes. Lutein and zeaxanthin are the two eye nutrients that are in kale and other leafy greens. And then in terms of other foods, I usually recommend to have what I call a plant-based diet. It doesn't have to be plant-based, but plant rich and get a variety of colors - reds, oranges, greens, blues, black sturpels.
