Did the Judge Have a Point of View on What Was Expected?

I think at every stage in this entire case, people expected the thing to end. Negligent cide is not something where i think there's a cealing on how many years you can give somebody. So the judge was merciful to give her three years of probation. And so there'll be no jail time for her. But she's a convicted felon for the rest of her life. She got something called judicial diversion, which means that they can expunge her criminal record if she serves the probationary period on good behaviour. I've not heard any experts comment on what was expected.
