The Probability of Death From a I Is More Than a Small Number

The allinment problem is that we can't force systems to do what we want. This makes it easier than a typical incentive creation problem, in my opinion. It's not obvious from the above argument that the probability of death from a or execential risk from a i is more than a very small number. And so this has updated us towards thinking that these problems might happen sooner than we'd thought. In particular, machine learning has emerged as the most likely way that weare going to build really powerful ai systems, in my Opinion.
