How to Be a Successful Climber
I'm quite systematic about my diet at the moment but most of it is coming through. Basically I just make sure that I get like reasonable amount of protein for meals a day. My last, my last meal will just be protein because I don't sleep that well if I eat late into the evening then I'll just fluctuate whether it's carbohydrates on training days or fat nuts and seeds on rest days. Generally like I kind of have rough estimates of things I am for but I feel like I'm a good routine anyway.
