Is FDA Trying to Kill DeFi?

I am interested in how that bill ends up. Like I spoke to a couple of lawyers about it and they basically told me like the language is moving all the time. It's getting better for developers and validators, but it could be bad depending on how the final language ends up. And then what happens to it when it gets out of this like lobbying phase and onto the floor? There's so much incompetence that can occur along the way. You just need more of these like Jake Stravinsky's of the world or like, um, you know, the coin center folks who are willing to play both sides.
