"I found myself not needing to practice patience because I intrinsically found this character study interesting," he said. "He's saving the cat over and over and over again in every single way, but he does it in his own like kind of strange clumsy, you know, not very educated, not not always self aware way." The actor added that sports films are really well suited for this kind of thing.
