How Magnets Work
This episode is hard because listeners wanted to know how magnets work. Back in Sean Gibleen's lab we're also making a magnetometer using a few coils of copper wire. What Faraday was doing when sticking his dinner in a magnetic field was measuring how strong a magnet it was.
