You can have fun in one session or two sessions, but if you want to make progress in a week or a month. I find the same thing as well, like, because i'm getting more advanced with certain skills and, let's face it, weth heavier. So that's our excuse for not making progress. Ye, byi itl ten to only pick one if i can put my hundred % in it, or else i just wont't even start itsho,. ye... You can do all of them, but you just need to be aware that it's going to take you, potentially a year, make a couple o months worth of progres watching at home.
