The Importance of Listening to Other People's Stories
The VA estimates 13 million PTSD patients in the US. The FDA is requiring us to do adolescent studies if indeed they give us permission to make MDMA into a prescription medicine for adults. Then we must do studies with 13 to 17 year olds. You've got to protect the kids because if we're talking particularly about somebody who's traumatized, their brains are already not normal. If you can layer in love and spirituality and connection at an earlier age, I think that's a healthy thing.
