Zalman King and Richard Pryor
Pryor was in a 1970 World War II film, which I'm sure he does not have a major role in even though you if you look at the public domain looking cover, he is right front and center. You also have him showing up in stuff like car wash from the previously mentioned Michael Schultz. So by you know, 1972, he started to get mainstream film roles sort of in Lady sings the blues,. He was hired to play the piano man and he was allowed to improvise. And then Richard Pryor would also appear with Zalman King in some call it love.
