Is Your Relationship Anonymous?

We're not all expected to know what tools and resources we should provide to someone who's having a mental health crisis. And you as a person who is in this person's life don't have those tools available. We tend to think about love as like this ever giving endless, that like is always full but unconditional love is the goal. The measure of how much you love someone shouldn't be how much you sacrifice for them.
