There are 15 local authorities that produce fewer than 25% of their plans within 20 weeks. 27% of families have to wait more than six months, even though the deadline is 20 weeks. Hampshire is only at 1.5%, Tower Hamilless is at 5.5%. Stow Contrent is 19.1%. So it's not as if it's one particular area, right, it's all across the country. And so again, whilst it's all very great words, then there needs to be much more of a focus on on actually just getting these things through.
