The Demand for Good Space in an Inflationary Environment

There's only so much good space that is available and will becoming available. The trend towards not a lot of new development, that's probably going to continue in an inflationary environment. I think longer term, our industry in general does have a talent challenge. We need to recruit and bring in the next generation of talent in this industry.
