i think that, like what you touch on way earlier in the conversation, as far as being an understanding is so important and so potent and powerful. The benefits of these ideas can turn from some amorphous, sort of self identifying mechanisms to, oh, i can wear that idea isnt a piece of my identity, and be the guy that thinks this. Ok, that's kind of next door to something really useful and meaningfur. To get to that really useful a d meaning fur place is the understanding. And the understanding comes from am disrupting your story, right? Because we're locked into this narrative of our own idea of what we are and our identity based upon our past experience
