Eugenics and Racism in the United States

Eugenics is an attempt to engineer a different genome across the population, through things like forced sterilization. The risks of that happening in the united states are very small. We're always practising eugenics at the micro level as we continue to sort ourselves. This has obvious makro outcomes, the most obvious of which is sortive mating. Some one with a phd. Was no more likely to marry another person with a phD. Than some one who had just a high school diploma. It really helps for socialism or whatever you want to call it to bolster the case - but not under your control.
