Rathion: There's an effort to try to see them as being aggressive in the sense of wanting to take over other countries. With the exception be obviously the tiuan is true, they do not seem to have any hidlyrian territorial ambitions. They do want to play a bigger role on the world stage. Their size and importance perhaps justifies that. It seems to me appeasement would work fairly well with them because the main thing they want is more international recognition,. which is basically pure vapor, as far as i'm concerned.
