Pefasts are also widely used in many different types of consumer products. Pefas exposures have been linked to a wide range of harmful health effects. These range from elevated clusteral effects on the thyroid, kidney and liver,. certain types of cancer such as testicula and kidney cancer. Studies have shown that children with higher levels of pefass in their blood produce fewer antibodies in response to routine vaccinations.
